BEAR is a family-run plumbing, heating and technical business supporting homes and commercial properties across the region. Together, our engineers bring more than 40 years of experience to repairs, servicing and complete installations.

Our founder, Liam Clancy, has worked in plumbing and heating for over 20 years. He named the business after his daughter, “Lulu Bear”, and built it around the things that matter to him: honest advice, reliable work and a personal service.
